Val and I are officially on a Japanese diet. LOL! Just kidding! We’ve been craving for a California roll lately and we decided to give the nearby Japanese store a visit. It was my first time to step inside that store and I liked what I saw, a one stop shop for everything Japanese! Plus, it’s just a walking distance from our place!
Thanks to the recipes and video tutorials available online. We did it!!! We are not yet experts in sushi making, but I’d say, I am very proud of what we’ve made. Here it is!
